Memorial Weekend

Hey, Susan and I would like to wish all of you a happy and warm Memorial Weekend. We have a wedding to go to. We went to a wedding last weekend as well. Her boss's daughter got married. We all guess they spent $75,0oo to $100,000 for the wedding. Yeah! I spoke with John Holland, the big photographer in Greenwood. He told me to call him for lunch some day. Way cool.

Susan and I will then spend Sunday and Monday here in Columbia. We'll go to the zoo and see her friend Julie from Charleston and Al and Mary here. Al and Mary did the dishes during the wedding. Have a wonderful Holiday.

GO BISON!

We all know Brett is a big Bison fan. Well now the whole neighborhood does. We have a new family member, but we have not named him yet. If anyone can post their suggestions and we will official name him on May 30th. Some suggestions: Chip (Buffalo Chip), Dung, Bully Pulpit for Theodore Roosevelt. Grandpa and Christian want to put feathers around as if the Indian is now gone. I thought that was a little extreme. I hope we get some good suggestions.

Another Nilles is Coming along nicely

Hello Everyone,

This last Monday, Vicki and I had our first ultrasound with the little muffin cooking in the oven. At this point Vicki is 20 weeks along, and baby weighs 12oz. and is 10in. long. It's basically the size of a pop can. We got a really good profile view of the baby. If anyone wants to see the ultrasound profile just let me know. I can picture message it to your phone. Other than that, we got all moved in two weekends ago and only have a car load of stuff left in the apartment so Vicki can stay up there during the week. She is almost done and actually had her first baby shower courtesy of her church choir. May 30th, we will both be offically and permanently in Saint Paul. We should be in Fargo on the 30th as well for the weekend. Hope everyone had a great week!!

Laurel Falls/Smoky Mountain Nat'l Park

This was Laurel Falls in the Smoky's. It was a 2.6 mile hike round trip to the falls. It was beautiful once we got there.

Smoky Mountain National Park

Hey, ya'll. Susan and I went to the Smoky's last weekend. It was really relaxing. We went on a couple of hikes and a nature drive. Then we took in a show. It was fun. We rented a house just to ourselves.

Last Orchestra Concert

Tonight was Christian's last Orchestra concert. He has played the cello all year, with early morning practice and twice a week practice. Christian enjoyed the cello and it was fun to hear them progress from the Christmas concert.
